The initiative focuses on creating flexible, fair-paid work that can be done from home, allowing mothers to care for their children while earning a stable income.
Beyond production, The Asli Co. reinvests part of its earnings into education-related support, such as school supplies and programmes that encourage children to stay in school. Training is provided so that makers can improve their skills and manage quality consistently, ensuring that each product meets market expectations.
